Heat sesame oil in a non stick pan
When oil becomes hot add in gooseberries
Add some salt and saute this until gooseberries turns tender
Add in broken green chillies once color of gooseberries are changing
Saute this for sometime,Keep aside
To the same pan add 2- 2 and 1/2 cups of water and remaining salt
Stir well and bring to full boil
Switch off flame and let it cool naturally
Transfer sauted gooseberries and green chilies into an sterilized glass jar also add cleanses bird eye chilies too
Now pour the cooled salt water over the gooseberries
Water level should be above gooseberries and green chilies
Close the lid and keep it
